We use information from website visits and requests to improve the site, answer questions, and help people explore Terra Futura.

Your analytics choice

You can turn Terra Futura analytics on or off at any time. Questions, service requests, and Google Calendar booking work either way.

Understanding how the site is used

We use Matomo Cloud to understand which pages people visit and how they use navigation, property galleries, and links. Our Matomo setup uses no analytics cookies and respects supported browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

On selected home and property pages, we also use heatmaps and session recordings to understand clicks, scrolling, and navigation. These help us identify confusing layouts and improve the experience. Keystroke capture is disabled, and our inquiry and resident-service forms are excluded from recordings.

Questions and service requests

When you contact us, we use the information you provide to respond and route your request to the appropriate team. Requests are stored securely and delivered by email. Resident-service requests are also organized in a Google Sheet to support follow-up. Form contents are kept separate from Matomo analytics.

Booking a conversation

Scheduling is provided through Google Calendar. Information you enter there is handled by Google under its privacy policy.
