Hello everyone,

We have two new homes available under a lease-with-option-to-purchase arrangement.

Whether you are ready to buy now or want to move in first and work toward homeownership, we’d love to hear what you’re looking for.

We also want to share a community update.

It is with great pride and excitement that I’m reaching out to share the progress happening here at Terra Futura.

Phase 2 home construction is complete, bringing the total number of homes in the neighborhood to 13, with 7 resident households on site or moving in soon!!!

Neighbors gather and children spend time outdoors as daily life takes shape at Terra Futura.

We’re so excited to keep the momentum going, we’re calling in two more households who feel drawn to Terra Futura and are interested in a pathway toward homeownership.

The HOA fee includes all utilities except electricity (yes, even high-speed internet), taxes, insurance, and shared amenities including the gardens, hot tub, sauna, and nature trail.

Residents joining us at this stage will help shape Terra Futura’s emerging sociocratic governance and community culture. In a very real sense, you’ll be part of the founding group that helps create the heart and soul of the neighborhood.
